SOP4 – IMAC Instrumentation
31
A Treatment System Configuration screen allows users to configure the labels attached to the I/O
associated with a specific ballast treatment system. Output commands from IMAC to the
treatment system may be labeled as needed to suit the electrical interconnections (e.g. ‘Start’,
‘Stop’, ‘Deballast’, etc.) Both the labels and the status indicators may be configured for the
digital inputs from the treatment system to IMAC. For each input, users define the input label, as
well as the status label that is displayed when the input is active, and the status label for when the
input is not active. Digital Input #1 is considered the ‘Treatment Status’ input, and is displayed
on the status block on all system screens. For each of the analog inputs from the treatment
system to IMAC, the electrical interface (electrically configurable for 4-20 mA, 0-10V, 1-5V,
etc.) will provide an analog input signal IMAC. The configuration screen allows users to label
the signal associated with each of these inputs, label the units of measurement, and scale the
input.
5.4.7. Power Monitor Screen
For each of the three treatment system power feeders, the interface shall include real-time
display of the following parameters:
•
Field display of Frequency in Hz
•
Field display of line voltage phase to phase and average for all three phases
•
Field display of Phase current for all three phases
•
Field display of calculated power of each phase and the sum of the three phases
The power monitor screen also includes the standard status block
